Buried Secrets

The ancients of the symbolic cultures knew they where going to be destroyed.

They had tried to teach the conquest tribes that where bent on totally and complete conquest some basic info, and that basic info was ignored.

Then they would have had to turn their attention toward the ideas of how to preserve their culture, secrets, information, civilization, math, science, culture, and everything else that was about their lives that the conquest tribes that where actively coming up to destroy the old.

The ancients from many cousin cultures would have then had to truly think out what they wanted to do, how they wanted to bury there secrets.

The conquerors where not interested, they only wanted to fight.  The scholars where begin killed off as fast as the conquerors could find the temples and schools.  So how to hide the secrets and leave keys to the reconstruction.

This is the question I naturally came to when I realized that I had found a few dozen keys or as I started to refer to them secrets from the past.

All kinds of things stuck out.

Long boat

Long house

Advance weaponry

Very difficult battles that the conquest tribes did not like the losses at times.  And spent no small amount of time complaining that they had lost.

Spending lots of time and money killing the population and burning building and books

Bragging about the amount of booty and treasure they brought back

Erecting or reerecting monuments captured from battle. As a sign of their greatness

I looked at this and realized that these where all signs a detective would look at as “ok, if the conquered was nothing, and had nothing, then why was all this stuff left behind, and why did the conquest of Europe take more then 500 years?”

So I started looking for what if, the ancients really did have advancements and had things I have been taught they simply did not have.

Science

Math

And the like.

Well if they had them, and they buried there secrets, then they would have also buried the keys to unlock the mystery.
