Calendars

in Europe post the ROMan invasion you can find scattered around eight different calendars. All eight follow the first rule of mathematics; "measure too and from fixed points" but war mongering cultures are only interested in the next conquest. so trying to understand eight different calendars all happening at the same time not only becomes confusing but is for the "simple minded" too difficult to grasp. But the facts are accurate. each fo the points the earth passes through on its orbit is a new "Count" or Calendar. but unlike the Julian/Gregorian with Jan 1 as its start date. Each have their own start and weave in and out over teh course of a year. !!!!

weave!!!! it is almost samhain, so let us start with Samhain, so the calendar for Samhain would be most prominent. but the calendar for the previous would be just one back of direct influence. the calendar would be behind that for about to come into influence. x beltain. the least most influential calendar. since it happened 6 Gregorian months ago
