Compass has its own little counts inside of it. Similar to a FreeMason Lodge,
each of the counts inside of a compass is its own sequence of Letters.

The
States based on evaluation and of course type of environment have numbers and

take the compass circles and apply them as a 3d sphere you ed up with a
tapestry of fixed points. Those
fixed points from all the dozens and sometimes 1000s of government fixed
points, you end up with a structure similar to a neuropathway. Neuropathways
with each state being a synapse and or a collection of synapses. Each
synapse/a city metro, is linked to the rest of the neuropathways of America. THE
