Gregorian Calendar Month

The Gregorian Calendar itself was created October 1582, by Pope Gregory XIII to response to the Julian Calendar being off by more than 4 months.

The Julian Calendar itself is a Lunar based calendar designed to achieve two goals.

The first was to create a huge whole is the function of the Roman Empire keeping accurate track of time, the second was to hide specific details in the function of the calendar so that the dates things were translated into the Julian Calendar would be marked within 3 years of when those events actually occurred.

Caesar knew flat out that the Roman Empire was experts in lying, they lied so much and often that most of the empire existed within the structure of Cognitive Dissonance. Bury oneself deep enough into Cognitive Dissonance and it will produce a psychotic break from reality.

Which is not unlike the state the descendants of the Prussian Empire find themselves in presently.
