Jews in Europe When various conquests and other events the less dominant cultures of the eastern Mediterranean needed to constantly displace. The only real place to displace to would be Europe. Consequently, a great deal of the religious beliefs in Europe have at least 50% Jewish. More than a few Jewish belief systems cultures would have been absorbed into the stronger polytheistic cultures. Which gave rise to when the Vatican through the power of the roman empire started to gain strength. The previous monotheistic cultures in effect poured out of the woodwork. Celtic Christians felt safe as a culture among others to renounce their millennia old alliances with polytheism and return to their monotheistic past. |
