The number of languages the Elder Futhark went into creating or is the parent of is too large a number to easily define

All the European languages which needed to be translated into Latin started off as forms of Futhark. No matter what the religions tell you. Religion does not come from evidence, religion comes from belief. But the problems with the religions connected to the Futhark, the information from said religions was so colored by the office of inquisition and their desperate lust to destroy anything and everything which would get in the way of their power.

The Futhark was not only in the way, the Futhark had been in the way of the power of Rome since before the renamed a dozen times Esau/Hyksos/Dorian/Avaris/and finally Romans landed on the shores of Italy.
