Location Involved Any given event had to take place somewhere. This is about what that location’s counts are. The locations of each event. Be them in a structure, a room of a structure, a portion of a room of a structure, on a portion of furniture in that room in that structure, a wing of a structure, on the land of said structure (almost no structure exists entirely on its designated plot of land. Minus some businesses, etc almost no structure sits on its entire plot of land.), in a field, or some open space. Each of those has its own counts, numbers become letters. Letters strung together create words. This is about identifying for each event, exactly what those counts are in order to provide further numbers to letters for the foundation language.
