Official Student Code of Conduct Violation appeal
So, let me get this straight, a person on the spectrum (with Savant aspects) is being punished for being those two words. I am not sure I could be any more offended with the actions of the admin of this school, having them not be literally against both the law and the ADA.
every grad school I have attended I have been asked to leave for the all to hard reality reason "I am neuro a typical". that is the underlying statistic. took me 5 years to decode their "fact" each and every one has violated my neuro a typical status to benefit themselves.
At this point, I cannot think of a single reason to stay at Walden University. I wrote 2 words into a sentence which the first one is on the extreme side of impossible to disprove since the historical figure in question was literally a product of parents who were not married. A daily question and to make my point without offending anyone I had to write 3000 words. So instead of writing 75 words to say bastard in a different way, I chose to use the words and sentence structure to avoid writing 450 words in total in preplacement of those 2 words everyone has taken extreme offense to. Both words which are historical and statistical facts. Taking offense at his birth being outside of wedlock, and his statistically being a Jew. Saying Leo was a Jew is no different than saying the head of mossad is a Jew. A reaction of which I find to be on the extreme side of offensive. My post was 800 words and in perfect historical context, since the close to capital crime at the time in that specific country those two words were actually a crime. I wrote to emphasis the crimes in a concise matter to avoid 1000 words about Italian and Papal rules and regulations to try and stay on topic of psychology, research, and survey methodologies. At this point, I have less than zero interest in contacting Amy Sickle, the schools handling of most of the actions in dealing with me have been on a super fantastic day sub-par and in several occasions extremely insulting. This whole “community support” Walden cannot go more than a few sentences without mentioning has been all but absent with me. 7 reasonablly good teachers, who have allowed my scholastic skills to shine was a very unique change from my previous grad school experiences.

The first a rules lawyer so hard more than half the class dropped in the first 5 days. A class of more than 20 dropped to a class of 7 by the time I left on day 8. My second the teacher was even more of a nightmare I was in the class 3 hours. My third teacher at that school absolutely demanded I plagiarize then went anti-Semitic on me. Tiffin U my longest grad school experience minus Walden U. I could not have angered the head of the dept more when I conducted research in two of his classes which he could not accept the findings of the second subject. I was informed in any further classes I had to write fictions or not pass. I had to write fictions as facts or not be able to pass.
Now this school. The admin has been one nightmare situation after another. more than 20 of your employees have openly and braggart lied about my situation. Sara Matthews and I fought for 5 months over my GPA, she gladly stood in the way of my education for 8 months, lying to me the whole time. Then at the end acted all innocent about her actions. If I would have taken the advice of the first call the entry counselor my academic journey would have stopped right there. I would be stuck with a several 1000 dollar bill I had no way of paying off. A bill I would have had to take more than half of my next 2 fafsa to pay for those 3 classes he said and I seriously quote “no problem, get into the classes, the 2 regular classes and the 1 writing class. We will send for your official transcripts, those schools will have no problem with that at all (a total and complete lie, not a single one sent the school to school transcript), I had to pay money I did not have to obtain all but apus transcript. APUS wants 2000$ to release my official transcript of 3 Ws. Your review department refused in about a dozen ways to accept anything but the official transcript. Statistically Walden U admin refuses to cooperate on every single step alone the way. Things are either on the extreme side of specifically the way Walden Admin demands things or a violent refusal to progress forward occurs instantly. The whole “we work as a community together” thing has not been my experience in any way, shape, or form minus 7 semi cooperative teachers. 3 of which were extremely supportive.
another department refused to acknowledge your own paperwork, I had to have about 8 separate chats with your own people from aug to January 2018 over your own refusal to accept the A I made in the one and only class I agreed to attend of the 3. 8 separate admin people I had to say “the supposed A I made of which I can do a screen shot and prove beyond any shadow of any doubt which you refuse at all to want, acknowledge, or admit has any merit at all. The one A was refused by your own Admin till it was officially reviewed by no less than 3 separate I was not informed of the details but it has to be reviewed x3 by who knows. An A I achieved in Aug was not officially till sometime in January. Your own admin fight with the different dept of your own admin, your admin refused to cooperate with your own admin different depts. A class I had to pay entirely out of pocket since your school refused to inform me for more than a year that Walden U refuses flat out in no way around it period end of story to sent in fafsa paperwork till all official transcripts are in and reviewed.
MY first 10 months at Walden were a nightmare of administration officials proudly standing up to prevent my education. But after everyone’s legal issues were officially covered, I was finally allowed to attend after the almost 6 months between class 1 and 2. I start.
Of course this comes on the heals of an email exchange between Dr Sickle and myself in which I explained in a rather lengthy detail that as a matter of some absolute certainty based on previous 30 teachers that this “letter for letter” experience was going to happen. I explained the equation in at least 2 emails. Running into really bad teachers is just a SOP for me. I those 7 teachers in a row are an extreme acceptation to my experience. I was actually expecting to run into a teacher like Jesus number 3 not 8. I situation I could not have been more clear with Dr Sickle if I actually sent to her the emails and screen captures of my previous battles with teachers. This is not only not my first rodeo, this is not my first 20th rodeo.
Interesting enough, Walden U has had the largest and most intense rection to this little facts are of no interest as long as I follow vague and misleading rules and regulation in the code of conduct which can be twisted, turned, manipulated by any of the administration to act against the student. Proper APA formatting and following the code of conduct can be easily “interpreted” in an almost infinite number of ways.
I almost could not be more offended at Walden’s Admin stepping in the way of my education for the 50th time because of some self-created issue and or problem. There has been less than zero support from the admin the whole time. Constant demands for paperwork, filing out different forms with extreme precision. There is no path forward at this school for me. The head of the dept cannot be against you every step and be able to have any even delusional idea of success.
AS to the fiction of I wrote offensive and derogatory comments about a person being insulting, the only merit this has is the fact that I did not write 3000 words to explain in on the extreme side of detailed to explain every single noun which might offend anyone reading it. A DQ is 250 words, to explain myself I would have had to write 3000 words. That is in itself insulting to a profound degree. I am more than capable of writing 1500 words per DQ x 3 days a week, plus a perfect APA formatted paper of 1700 words plus a team paper of which I am team lead on x two classes at the same time. I my mostly A word in my psychology under grad classes proves that beyond measure. However at this school. My spectrum and aspects of savant seem to be offensive, what I can do seems to be the core of the issue. Did I use those two words outside of historical context insulting, in no way, shape or form. Did I use those words in an insulting in historical context way, to save 2000 plus words of explanation, absolutely no doubt about it. Was my “in historical context” post accurate to the actions and reactions to that mans life framed with insults, not only absolutely but positively. Taking 2 words out of all possible context to turn them into a federal case is itself the definition of insulting, degrading, humiliating, and a #metoo violation. The teacher got off on being able to discipline me, I was more than welcome back into class provided I spent the next 12 weeks trying to follow his fiction rules so he could have an emotional Dominant submissive (violently non consensual) #metoo reaction to further disciplining me. Now I am being informed that no matter what I do Walden U will not allow me to continue till I wrote some 8 page letter regarding diversity and acceptance according to the student code of conduct ethical violation. Due by apr 8th, or my time at Walden is over.
Let me safe us all time and trouble. Since there is less than no possible way I have a path forward at your school, the community support only extends towards neuro typical students and those few how are not savant oriented. I have faced nothing but obstacles from your community because I am neuro a typical with savant aspects. Which itself is a violation of the ADA. This would have been so much easier to simply say “you are not welcome, go away”. Than to create this huge, mega problem ethical complaint. I have been #metoo violated, but that seems to be a “who cares”, you insulted a person born to unwed parents the female of which happened to be a Jewish slave likely from Egypt. Condensing the 500 word nice way of saying it also leaves out the historical capital crime aspects of those events.
Which also leave out the fact that those two words are of the 5 reasons why he was not executed in 1497 after the failed French invasion of Italy of which he was the secret Commander in Chief of the army. The incompetent and ignorant King of France took the official credit, but it was all Leo’s battle plan till a very specific day when the King took over and the cascade sequence ended with his own execution in France for high Treason. I am tired of my neuro a typical and savant aspect being used against me by teachers and admin to achieve other goals. You and to stay legal could not make your position any clearer “I am not welcome”.
The chances I will be able to graduate from Walden U with my phd do not exist. The situation went from not very good, to
toxic, to I am trying to figure out a way in which dr
sickle and the admin could be any more insulting and degrading to me and not
actually violate egregious ADA and defamation of Character laws. This is just a
few words shy of the legal definition of discrimination against a neuro a
typical.
I have no interest at all in finding out how much of a code of
conduct violation mention the holocaust facts and evidence would offend
specific teachers, dr sickle, and the admin. This
neuro a typical is not going to accept this level of discrimination.
The school can violate your own code of conduct against students
whenever you feel like it, and no problem at all. However
a neuro a typical does letter for letter what was detailed explained 2 years
ago, it is seen as a code of conduct violation with a "do it again (act in
a neuro a typical fashion) and be removed from school.
Being broke, I have no recourse. The Walden community to my
experience minus 7 teachers, does not exist.
Friday I stated "I more than doubt I
will be back". Right now, I will have to figure out a way to emotionally
process the violations on so many aspects it is difficult to impossible to
process. The fact I am not welcome in the community could not be any more clear if I was presented with a siese and desist. Which if I wrote to Dr Sickle, I am
completely confident I would receive such a letter. Either a siese and desist or a full restraining order. From the
head of the department. This stopped being disgusting and crossed the line into
full on abuse of a student last week. I now have the evidence to back it up, it
is not possible to carry forward at a school where half way
through my first year I am informed "neuro a typical" are not welcome.
to return to walden u I have to write by April 6 an 8 page report apologizing for being neuro a typical.
I am struggling to figure out a way for Walden U to have been any more insulting and degrading to me.
However I have been informed by the head of the
psychology dept that I must write an 8 page apology letter for being neuro a
typical. What I wrote the way I wrote it is so offensive that I am no longer
welcome at this school until I debase myself and my neuro
a typical behavior patterns in an 8 page letter. If my letter of "I
am sorry for being neuro a typical. I am sorry I offend so many, I will try and
not have my neuro a typical behavior continue to
offend people in the future." If this letter of flaying my neuro a typical
skin off is insufficient, or if my neuro a
typical behavior continues I will be asked to leave.
I cannot think of a single healthy way to stay at Walden when the
way I process information is a violation of the student code fo conduct.

welcome in the community.
I cannot think of a single reason to write an 8
page flaying my skin off letter. Knowing with absolute scientific fact
certainty that I cannot change the fact I am neuro a typical and insecure
teachers and fellow students will be offended by my thinking patterns in the
future. That is a neuro a typical historical fact.
Dr Sickle lied to me several times. I said last friday to both you and her, "if I am going to be
expelled, I would rather leave now than to waste everyone's time."
Her response was "you are not being expelled", which in
her legal findings is not true in any way, shape, or form. I am being gently
asked to leave, I can stay if I write an 8 page
apology for being neuro a typical letter by the start of april.
Their is less than zero path
forward at Walden u, the community is entirely supportive provided the student
is 3 deviations from the mean. Being legally forced to apologize for being
neuro a typical is disgusting on a level difficult to define.
The words I used were entirely appropriate in connection with the
context of the post. In context which was explained in some detail. I could
have written 2000 more words to provide a clear as a bell definition however
that stops being a dq post and is the start of a
major paper. Since 3000 words is a great start to a 50k word dissertation, of
which the subject of research bias in survey statistics was the entire point to
that question, the week topic, and the class itself.
I am being punished by the admin and dept head for being neuro a
typical. Not for using 2 words which in context are completely accurate and
describe why the above and below paragraph actions occurred.
Dr Sickle outright lied, I am being told
I have to leave. write the 8 page report apologizing
for being neuro a typical. have the report accepted by the review committee and
then we might let you back in. But any further violation will result in your
exit from Walden.
I am not being expelled, I am being asked
to leave. Which is exactly what I stated a week ago, if I am being asked to leave I choose now and save us all a lot of headaches.
If the head of the dept refuses to support a student in any way, their is less than zero path
forward for that student at the school. I cannot be enrolled in my next class
(being removed) until an 8 page apology for being
neuro a typical has been approved. Remove the word neuroatypical
insert the word jew, black, asian,
female, irish, etc. discrimination based upon a
genetic structure is still discrimination. Discriminating against my
neuropathways is no different than discriminating against the melanin content
of a persons skin. Alone
those words are entirely offensive, in context they are an accurate description
of the Vatican actions and execution level discrimination against Leo. A post
