250 words

Leonardo Da Vinci was born April 15, 1452, in Anchiano, Italy

The Vatican attempted to kill Leo by execution on 4 separate occasions and evicted him from Italy when he was 60 years old. He was such a hard target threat at 60, he was evicted from Italy permanently.

Based on a reexamination of the Evidence he was also very likely also not all that safe in France either. He might have had to evacuate all the way out of Europe, across the Atlantic Ocean. The English, Prussians, Muslims, Ottomans, Vatican, etc. were all very keen to either possess the library of Alexandria or destroy it, so that it could not be used against them. Leo based on all the evidence was both a master librarian of a copy of the Grand Library, but he was also an expert in at least a dozen different aspects of the library itself. Leo was a living embodiment of portions of the library. He was just as much of a hard target threat as the library itself. Statistically speaking, Leo in all hard reality strategically the only smart move would have been to be so far outside the reach of the powers that be, they could literally not find him. On the other side of the Atlantic would be the best place for him to live his retirement years and not be under constant threat of assassination. Killing Leo was in effect destroying the library for a in effect 5th time.
