I would like to remind my readers that this is an under construction site. 	Hebrew Math and Futhark Math The Mediterranean is or at least has been in the last 4000 years a desert or semi arid country. So the values and items of importance are going to be different. Semi arid culture water and heat are the priorities, as well as who owns the rights to the watering holes and the good crop growing land. The predators are measured in hundreds of pounds and a good show of force will get most to back down. In some cases its not so but leave a lion alone and it will leave you alone. You have to worry about sand storms and your neighbors stealing your water. And getting too hot not too cold, looking up at the stars is easy most of the time. So your divination and your answers to solve questions go outwards to the stars to solve problems. In Europe except for the past couple hundred years there was a thick forest growing from the Alps north to the arctic circle. Where water and food are of plenty but there is a mild difference. The predators are not measured in hundreds of pounds but rather in tons. You are walking fresh meat to a large creature. So the culture grows up and advances differently. As well as the way the climate makes certain forced items. In a forest culture there are times when you can not see the sky through the canopy. And during the winter many feet of snow is common. So you have to have technology advanced enough to be able to deal with houses that can be strong enough to face blizzards as well as large animals that are hungry. So looking up at the stars sometimes is impossible, so your divination and your culture go inward for its answers.
