I would like to remind my readers that this is an under construction site.  I am adding material on a constant basis each page, each branch sometimes goes months with out, and sometimes each branch gets new and updated information on a daily basis.  So please be patient my research is ongoing, and I find new and interesting things on almost a daily basis.  Keep checking back; see the last updated on the index page.  Any and all questions please do not hesitate to go to the yahoo groups listed below join and ask any question you like.   Your input has helped shape the way I present the information, and helps me to be more definite with issues in showing my work.

Theory Stone buildings

It takes more then just a little bit of engineering skill to put up and have last for hundreds if not thousands of year a building.  Add to the complexity and difficulty factor when building with a material like say stone.  But the symbolic cultures of the ancient world not only used stone for there building construction but they used stone in a way that we today have a hard time understanding how to do that.

Now the info below I did not write it nor did I take the pictures. But I wanted to give you an idea of the over all picture, of thies buildings and structures are not just changes happenings, these buildings are spread out over a huge geographical distance, the same distances that the cultures with the unusual and unsolved languages.  Which are the same cultures that have trade routes all over the world.  These structures have been up for some of them have been up for over 5000 years and are still no problem and will be up for another 5000 years with out a problem.

That takes engineering of a scale I am not sure we can duplicate even today.

New grange the exact inch where the sun will hit on the Litha and yule Sabbats have been the exactly the same since those hundreds if not thousands of tons a piece stones where put in place.  That requires a level of engineering and precision that to us only a lazer may be able to match.  But to be exact over the course of thousands of year. that is something over the top.

To build buildings that have hills and mountains on top of them that is impressive to the largest honers account.

Now I understand the definition of how could they possibly, with out showing you the math, science, engineering, and language that went into the construction of these itmes I can understand your unwillingness to believe these are any more than just random occurrences.  But in the here and now.  On this web site, I have started to show you the evidence of my ideas behind rebuilding the math, science, language, and mathformuls that the ancients I called the symbolic cultures used to build these things. Navigation around the world.  Communication openly and freely with just about everythone they would run across.

Newgrange Megalithic Passage Tomb

Newgrange Megalithic Passage Cairn - Meath, Ireland
Newgrange Megalithic Passage Tomb

The Megalithic Passage Tomb at Newgrange was built about 3200 BC. The kidney shaped mound covers an area of over one acre and is surrounded by 97 kerbstones, some of which are richly decorated with megalithic art. The 19 metre long inner passage leads to a cruciform chamber with a corbelled roof. It is estimated that the construction of the Passage Tomb at Newgrange would have taken a work force of 300 at least 20 years.

The passage and chamber of Newgrange are illuminated by the Winter Solstice sun. The passage and chamber of Newgrange are illuminated by the winter solstice sunrise. A shaft of sunlight shines through the roof box over the entrance and penetrates the passage to light up the chamber. The dramatic event lasts for 17 minutes at dawn from the 19th to the 23rd of December.

Admission to the chamber of the tomb at Newgrange for the Winter Solstice sunrise is by lottery, application forms are available at the reception desk in the Brú na Bóinne Visitor Centre, in 2003 nearly 20,000 applications were submitted. In early October, 50 names are drawn, 10 names for each morning the chamber is illuminated, 2 places in the chamber are awarded to each of the names drawn.

Megalithic mounds such as Newgrange entered Irish mythology as sídhe or fairy mounds. Newgrange was said to be the home of Oenghus, the god of love. The Passage Tomb at Newgrange was re-discovered in 1699 by the removal of material for road building. A major excavation of Newgrange began in 1962; the original facade of sparkling white quartz was rebuilt using stone found at the site.

Newgrange has been designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and attracts 200,000 visitors per year. There is no direct access to the Passage Tomb at Newgrange, access is by guided tour from the Brú na Bóinne Visitor Centre located close to the village of Donore, Co. Meath. The last tour of Newgrange is 90 minutes before closing time of the Visitor Centre. Groups of 15 or more must book in advance.  Newgrange - Tri-spiral Megalithic Art

Images from inside the passage and chamber at Newgrange including the tri-spiral design on orthostat C10 which is probably the most famous Irish Megalithic symbol. It is often referred to as a Celtic design, but it was carved at least 2500 years before the Celts reached Ireland. The tri-spiral design is quite small in size, less than one-third of the size of the similar design on the entrance stone.  Newgrange tri-spiral

Excellent site with an emphases on the astronomy and mythology of Newgrange. The Satellite Sites such as Newgrange Site B (in the foreground of the image to the left) are covered.
