The letter from him “fictionally” indicates at least three aspects of intentions to commit and or perform inappropriate actions. He even describes in some detail a previous “made perfect sense at the time”. The three sentence aspects used apply the concept of “I am about to go manic again”. Which word structure evidence for is in the last sentence. We are not licensed for this patient, we do not have any legal standing to do or say a single thing to this person. So legally the only thing we can do is to alert the admin of a possible issue and let them handle it, legally. Watch for future inappropriate comments and or actions, just let the admin know and try to be entirely clear with the student to stay within the boundaries of G rated. G rated is a very clear way to cut through the haze of a manic stage.
