week 2 dq 1 response to teacher

 

My largest issues have not come from my fellow students, my come from personalty clashes with the eteachers. Some of the my teacher, all 4 currently from Walden, have been very cool and accepting of what I write. However in previous gradschools, the teachers felt in some way threatened by what I wrote. I follow the scientific methed, so for me when I ancountered teachers who are totally focused on teaching their theories, and or they threw the scientific method out of door a very long time ago. My if it is not backed by hard physical science, I have no interest. Which for some theories in the world of Psychology, they have been disproven several tkimes. But for some various cultural reasons the culture wants to use them again, and then fights against the “this has been disproven, but I in my career demand to use it again, I can find the way to use it correctly. I am the greatest.” which there efforts fail, not because they do not use the scientific method, but their intentions are purely wrong. They in effect based on personal experience, they want to use the tool because it gives them permission to in effect torture their patients.

As for this specific situation, in a single post he has clearly demonstrated a problem in the class.  So he needs to be first warrened which I composed a private email to him to ensure thata he will not break “G ratings” again. But the work needs to be to reassure the other classmates that said violations of said nature will not occur again.

Which I guess is in part what the past schools were going on about. They felt since I threatened their position in the class, by the use of the scientific method. That they needed to reassert their domination over the classroom. Which is in effect not all that different from this student. Instead of actual intimacy inappropriate words used, the teachers from other schools have needed to express academic dominance over the class. Which I guess I can match them dominance for dominance, and they cannot deal with that.
