week 2 response to teacher

what I learned over my 4 plus decades is that when people have done inappropriate things, that have little to no awareness of said inappropriate action was wrong. What I learned is that a similar part of the brain which processes legal ease and or the rules of law, is also where the “should I break those rules” comes into play. If the person is not aware they are breaking an ethical rule they are not thinking about rules in general. So saying you are breaking the law, is so much white noise to them. You could be reciting the best and most carefully crafted speech in the world, but if their logical brain is not processing they will not be able to hear it.

However, if you give them a visual aid, G rated, the imagination part of their brain might be able to process “Disney”. Act as a Disney character. The imagination part of their brain might be able to hear and process that.
