Ogle Family American Trade Route Book

The Ogles created a trade route between NewCastle, Delaware to St Louis through Tiffin Ohio and Chicago.

The trade route the Ogles created was essentially to survey, explore, and create settlements from NewCastle, Delaware as far out as they could go.

This trade route was not only the jumping off point of the Lewis and Clarke Expedition. The first couple hundred miles the job Lewis and Clarke was already complete. However the credit for said work was not included in the final reports. Both were done so that future settlers would know where to go in order to find areas to homestead.
