you apply the concept of the Elder Futhark circle to any given specific
location on the earth. Say the desk of the leader of any given specific
country. That location, that chair/desk becomes the 00000 of this Elder
Futhark circle. There are a number of places the 1

Top of the Planet is the fixe 0000 point of this circle. To the right is Fehu,
to the Left is Daggaz. The Wedges are 15 degrees side.

of each wedge are also divisions. The first is 15, inside each 15 is another 24.
How
